Great location, Paris airport was 25 km away. The staff provided FRIENDLY service and helped with early check in.

The modern design of the hotel lobby was quite appealing and added a touch of style to the atmosphere.

I noticed that the carpets in the corridors and rooms were in need of replacement as they were quite dirty and stained.

Being British we were disappointed that there was not kettle to make tea!

I really like the retrodesign of the room. It was relaxing, quiet and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful with asnwering questions and buffet was nice.

Unfortunately, due to renovation of the traffic roads, its a bit messy to walk to the hotel from the direction of the parc. The bathroom has a but weird smell. But nevertheless, it was a nice stay.

Comfortable bed made for decent rest. Close proximity to the metro station offers easy access to the city.

The room felt cramped and neglected, with unclean carpets and a clogged sink. Poor water pressure in the shower added to the frustration.

Staff were helpful & friendly. Location was great because we wanted to stay near the zenith as we went to a concert. It was just a 10 min walk. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet during the night. Other than the negatives I enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Would have been nice to have a tea/coffee/kettle in the room. Housekeeping should wipe the bed lights area as it was dusty. The lifts are slower than your average lift.

Very lovely experience, the hotel is modern with perfect location close to a metrostation. The room is newly remodelled and modern with a huge window looking toward la vilette. The fast food restaurant serves outstanding food.

Recommend for a weekend jaunt

Comfortable bed, helpful staff, close metro station, providing easy access to the city and a welcome drink that added a nice touch to my stay.

the roadworks led to difficulty in accessing; lift was slow

Excellent service by the staff. The 20 years experience of the receptionist was obvious by his manner. In spite of the room was a smoking room we did not notice any humble sign of that. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacy, well enough for two.

The proximity to Hoche Metro station made accessing the city center easy.

The carpet in the room was quite dirty and definitely needs replacing.

Good refuge to unwind while enjoying the nearby expansive park.

Proximity of Porte de Partin Metro station made it easy to use the Metro to access Paris. The breakfast buffet was also nice but the scrambled eggs were always cold.

Cold scrambled eggs. Hotel staff was not good at giving directions to find sites or drive through Paris.
